Three drivers head for the same destination at once. Left to themselves, they all chase the same nearest kerb spot and someone circles the block. This demo pulls real kerbside spots from Park Smart Sydney's database, encodes the who-parks-where problem as a QUBO, and solves it with a genuine QAOA quantum circuit (simulated locally) — validated against the exact classical answer every run.
